Hi guys, so I am in a difficult spot where I cannot decide whether I should be bulking or cutting.
I feel as though I am not big enough to cut down, but also feel like my body fat is too high to bulk..
I want to be bigger but I also do not want to have as much body fat as I currently do and am not knowledgeable enough to know which direction I should go in first..
