How do I keep motivated and stay on diet?

I do well for breakfast, lunch but every time I get off of work, I don't feel like cooking dinner. I always crave fast food or some type of unhealthy food like fried chicken tenders and fries with a large cola. What do you guys usually cook for dinner to keep motivated? Im trying to cut at the moment. I just don't have that motivation I used to have years ago. I also want to save money and eat home more often as well so these $15-$20 dinners everyday aren't cutting it

Im going to try cooking some ground turkey and brown rice for dinner tomorrow.
