Getting used to a 5000 calorie diet

I've been trying to gain mass for awhile using protein and carb shakes, wasn't working. Started looking into my nutrition abit more. I was only consuming 2000-3000 calories in a day. Bit of context, I've always been super slim. I'm 63kg male but 196cm. My aim is to gain lean muscle since I'm a rock climber

Over the last 3 days I've upped my intake to 5000 calories. Stomache has not been loving it. Had a wide variety of stools and are going like 4-5 times a day ( usually around 2 before diet)

Just wondering if this will smooth out after my body gets used to the intake or is there something I'm missing?
