okay.. so my question is this... It takes me around 4000 cals a day to gain around .5 - 1 lbs a week ( depending on how much work i am doing it fluctuates sometimes high volume) as i am a very active person..
i have been lifting for about 1.5 years and in that time i have gained 23lbs.. (167 to 187).
i understand i need to pay close attention to how much weight i am losing while cutting so as not to lose too fast or lose muscle mass.. where is a good starting place to start working from until i find my actual maintenance levels.. and how many calories should i cut weekly if i am not dropping?
EDIT: if someone could give me roundabouts macros also ... (60p/30c/10f???) im a cutting newb..
