I'm traveling to a rural area to visit family for 10 days where I won't be able to hit the gym at all. It's alright with me, but I'm wondering if there are any nutrition/supplementation tips for this 10 day window? I'm at the end end of a 4 month bulk and am ready to start cutting sometime in January.
