Carb timing and type?

What’s up guys. First off I want to say I appreciate any help you guys have to offer, and I welcome trolling as y’all boys can be funny af sometimes

I’m trying to put on maximum muscle and stay as lean as possible. That’s the dream, I know right? I have done the math bullsh*t and have cals/macros figured out

But I’m having a hard time getting the majority of carbs in the morning, I end up eating 1 cup of rice and 12oz of chicken breast an hour before bed (8pm) to finish off my meals for the day. On top of that I’m eating only white rice.

Does it matter WHEN I eat my rice as long as I’m sticking to my macros and calories. If so what can I do better. Also would I benefit switching to brown rice.

Here’s my stats, idk if it helps.
6-4, 230lbs, 3100 cals, want to gain .5 to 1lb a week. Probably 12-16% BF idk
