Hi guys .. so im around 5'11 230 pounds .. I finished bulking about 3 months ago .. I think took 3 months off because I did a surgery on my knee .. now I want to go back to cutting .. I would really want to lose around 1kg in a week or even more .. Im kind of in a hurry as you say .. I train 5 times a week .. sometimes 6
is 1800 good for cutting/shredding ? or should I Cut back more ?
