I'm looking for a good weekly diet plan so I can maximize my weight gain, speed, and skills during my off-season football training. It can be strict, I am really trying to gain as much skill/weight as possible.
I am about to turn 17, weigh 160lbs. I workout 4 days a week for 1hr with intense training. I play running back.
I basically just want a good idea of what I should eat each day and maybe what other people around my age and weight eat each day?
I don't want to eat too much sugar or fatty foods that would limit my performance/weight gain.
