how to work out calorie intake for bulking up

HI All

Hoping to get some advise here.

I am 75kg male, 175cm height. I go to the gym quite regularly however I am now aiming to bulk up over the next 3 months as I have time off work. I plan to work out 2 hours a day in the morning.
Is there a way to work out how much calorie intake I should be aiming for every day ? Does the 2 hour workout (if done with high intensity) mean I need to eat about 4000-5000 calories people talk about on videos/forums etc ??

I currently work out 4 days a week about 40 mins per session. Right now I end up doing about 2000 but that just keeps me in the same shape, no bulk or loss of fat. My fitbit says I burn about 3000 calories a day. So does that mean I can eat 3000 calories ??
I'd say i am probably 16% body fat right now.

any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Kris
