Day 7 of my first bulking session on this diet-
Breakfast: 3 eggs & tuna (50g) (350 Calories)
Lunch: Chicken (100g), Sweet Potato (100g) & Rice (100g) (350 Calories)
Dinner: Steak, Sweet Potato (100g) & Rice (100g) (750 Calories)
Avocado, Yoghurt, Banana, Oats, Orange Juice (400 Calories) - Taken with Breakfast
Blueberry, Yoghurt, Banana, Oats, Orange Juice (400 Calories) - Taken with Lunch
Mass Gainer powder w/ milk, banana, honey, nuts, peanut butter (750 Calories)- Taken after Dinner
My question is can it be right or recommended that half of my daily caloric intake is from smoothies and shakes? I weigh myself weekly and in my first weigh in I have not put on or lost a single pound? Would really appreciate any input/insight. Thanks!
