I Want to know what you guys put in your shakes!
Making my own shakes was one of the best things I ever did, FOR ME.
I work night shifts and burn a ton of calories while doing so!, I needed something what I could just consume fast!!,
I have around 5 meals a day but always put a shake in there..
If you're struggling to finish all your meals, adding in just one of these is great!
Here's my typical daily shake
100G Oats (368 Calories/60 Carbs/11g Protein/8g Fat)
50g Organic Peanut Butter 306 Calories/12.5g Protein/22g Fat/6g Carbs
2 Scoops Protein(350 calories/30g Protein/30gCarbs/0Fat)
1 banana (100 calories/20g Carbs/
Total Calories and Macros
1100+ Calories
Protein 53.5
110G Carbs
30G Fat
Let me know what you guys think! its pretty average but I think it's great if you're really struggling to get them calories in or to gain weight :)
