Currently I drink 13.5 cups of milk, 7% cholesterol in each cup. as well as consume 7 eggs. I do aggressive workouts where I have 6 sets. Each set I will do all I can until I physically can't. I preform pull ups (7 full and about 6 half pull ups / attempts) I can do 7 bicep curls (two milk jugs in each hand) and 22 diamond push ups all the way to chest tapping the floor each time. Obviously each set I do less because I can't physically do more.(every other day I workout). I weigh 125 pounds, and am 15. Is this good, or am I consuming too much cholesterol? Please let me know! I've heard that it doesn't really matter, but I do not know.
