I have brought a 1kg bag of POTASSIUM BICARBONATE i have read one teaspoon in a gallon of water equals to 3000mg of potassium.
reason why i feel i need to supplement it is because my 6 meals a day of rice and chicken does not have much potassium witch already comes to 2000cal (Im cutting) so dont really want to add anymore calories besides im not a veggie fan im already supplementing magnesium. anyway has anyone ever tried this stuff before?
