Switching from Low Carb to Keto

Hello all,

I received recently hired a chef that measured every gram of ingredient that they put into my meal prep to do a daily 2,000 calorie keto diet as opposed to the “eye ball” method of 2,300 calorie low carb diet that I have been on for several weeks. I decided to make the change because even though I was seeing a drop in waist line and body fat %, I didn’t see much of any drop on the scale (for reference, I am: 34 y/o 193 lbs approx 20% body fat).

Since I went to the keto diet, I feel that I am constantly hungry and I’m only on day 2. Has this happened to anyone else? Is this because that im finally actually eating in a caloric deficiency or is it because that I’m drastistically changing the way I eat?
