Recommendations for goal weight?

Seeking recommendations for new goal weight.
6'0" guy, age 69, currently 3 workouts per week, each 10 min. cardio, 30 min. strength training.
Relatively sedentary (desk work), avg. 1200 steps/day on non-workout days

30-day averages:
170-174 lbs.
BMI = 23
Body fat = 8-9.5%
Muscle = 40
