18 M, 5’7”, 131 lbs, 16% Body Fat.
I lost 70 lbs over 6 months sticking to a calorie deficit and doing cardio. I have some muscle defiintion thanks to some resistance workouts i was doing but nothing major. I’d like to stick with my slim figure though as i prefer not to be so bulky but i wanna build some muscle to really get some definition but maintain my body fat. So we’re looking at Mon/Wed/Friday 45 Minutes full Body weight resistance workout. HIIT cardio on Sundays.
I’ve been doing IF as I actually enjoy it and its useful in my lifestyle. So i do all workouts on a 16 hour fast.
