So lately my diet has not been very effective and it is taking a toll on me. I am just not understanding the concept of it, how much to eat? what weight should I stop at and then begin to cut. What weight after cutting should I start to bulk up again. What are the calories someone should be eating, protein, carbs etc I feel like there are exact or near exact numbers that I should be following. I have been working out for about 8 years but have taken several breaks that are well over 2 or 3 years. I just don't feel like I am making much progress, there has to be something I am doing wrong?
