Hey guys my question is: if I incorporate intermittent fasting in my routine, but keep the calories the same (on a cut), will I lose more weight? I don't want to lose weight really fast because I want to preserve muscle mass, so is it good to use IF on a cutting? I do not do cardio sessions, only HIIT once a week, my maintenance calories are ~2500 and I'm eating 2000.
Another question, on the days the I do HIIT should I eat more calories to compensate the extra calories that I burn?
The goal is to lose 1lb or 1.5lb per week..
