Due to a sickness, I was unable to eat almost anything for 2 whole weeks.
I've lost a lot of weight AND strength too. The amount of strength I've lost is crazy to me. I've lowered the weights on all my exercises for approximately 10+kg and I can still barely perform these exercises.
Now my question is, is this huge strength loss related to my weight loss or am I possibly just still weak from being sick? Cause I was suuuper weak these 2 weeks and couldn't really do anything at all... I might be still recovering and my strength might just come back naturally? or did I really lose all of that strength and weight due to my poor nutrition these 2 weeks that I was sick?
Also, will it be hard to get the weight and strength that I've lost back? I've only missed out on 2 weeks of working out and I thought I'd be able to jump right back in, but the tremendous strength loss is definitely not something I was expecting to happen...
