Ask for a diet to reduce fat. I am 167 centimeters tall and weigh 65 kg. I would like to dump with 6kg to make my ABS visible. I'm 15. I go to the gym every day, but I do a different muscle group for each workout + I run 40 minutes each day. Thank you in advance for your answer.
