How many grams should I aim to lose in a month? 2000? 2500? 3000?

Stats: 180cm, 80.5kg, ~17% bf

Goal: ~78kg @9-7% bf


Currently cutting till i'll see a little abs, and then I'll bulk till I have enough mass in reserve for the final cut, and then i'll cut


Doing Push Pull Legs 6 times a week, weights only


I wish to be ~78kg @9-7% bf the fastest, so during the current cut, and the final cut, how much weight should I aim to lose?
