Help - High School and Meal Plan

First post here on the forums, even tho i've been reading a lot of threads through the years.

I am 16 years old, turning 17 and im aiming to put on some serious muscle. I've been working out for 2-3 years, and i think i am quite experienced, but for the last 3 months I've felt like i cant grow anymore. Im starting at high school in 3 weeks, and im looking for some help on how i can intake atleast 3400 calories daily, even tho im studying and working 24/7 .

My weight: 71,5kg (157lbs)
Height: 181cm (5'9)

Please help me with a EASY proper diet and meal plan below, and tricks that you might have used.
