I am a 14 year old boy going into high school next year. All my life I have been underweight and skinny. I don’t have any condition or anything like that I just don’t eat a lot at all. I am currently weighing 94 pounds. School for me starts in 3 weeks and my goal is to weigh around 105 pounds by then. If anybody can help me out by telling me a good diet I can do to gain this weight or any other input would be greatly appreciated.
