I’m 16, 5’5, and 137 pounds. I recently lost 17 pounds, and am now deciding to work out, but am not sure how much to eat. I’ve been working out about an hour to an hour and a half per day.
Before starting the weight lifting, I was eating 1500 calories per day in order to lose weight. But now, I’m eating about 2000 calories to gain muscle. Is that enough??? Also, what should my macros be?
And how much should I be eating on rest days? Thanks
