Hi there - I’ve prepped for 1 bikini competition and 2 pageants all in over the past year and a half and everytime I try and reverse diet I gain weight back in my back/bust/abdomen and everything else is super hard to grow. I’m 28 years old 5.11” and about 140lbs. Is their anyway to eat and differently to try and counteract putting weight on in the midsection of my body and grow my legs ? When I was in prep I was basically eating my body weight in protein and 15g of carbs prework with minimal fats and doing about two sessions of 30 min of cardio 6 days a week Witt weight training. I am now reversing and trying to wean off cardio currently doing 35 min with the same strict diet just a cheat meal now once a week.
