Question about diet for abs

Hi guys, I have been jotting down by calories for almost 3 weeks now (after I came back from a vacation). Things were still under control during the vacation and before, but I hadn't been noting my calories. I've set a new goal now to reveal my abs. I'm 5'10" and currently weigh 168lbs and actually happy with my weight. I previously brought it down to 163lbs before and I'd say I looked more skinny than muscular.

I'm happy with my current weight but I'm not sure how to target the diet to reduce the fat on the body. I can pinch my stomach/love handles clearly, so there's work to be done. But if I reduce the calories, my nice looking biceps/shoulders kinda feel skinny. I'm targeting ~1800 calories per day and my current macros are 225g Protein, 135g Carbs and 40g Fats. I am consistently short of the ~40g carbs most days (but sometimes short ~30g short on daily protein macro goal as well)

My carbs are from green veggies and fruits and nothing unhealthy. Fats are from olive oil and chicken breast for the most part.

My question is: what kind of diet do I need to have to maintain my current weight but reveal my abs? And possibly be even more muscular on biceps/shoulders than now. Or am I missing something? If I keep reducing weight, I am not gonna have a nice overall body but could show abs by being skinny.

EDIT: I'm 27 and been going to gym daily to lift weights. I also have 20mins cardio (treadmill/elliptical HIIT). I also recently bought a bike to commute to work so as to not have to be bored on treadmill in the gym.
