What to Eat Before Early-Morning HIIT

Tomorrow I have to do an intense, HIIT style workout that couples 30 total mins of running with sprint intervals & a 30-minute HIIT lifting/calisthenic circuit as a part of my job (I'm a trainer). I will be working out far earlier in the morning than I normally do (close to when I first typically wake up) when my appetite is dead. Does anyone have some ideas for the best, fast-digesting food to eat beforehand. I know you can train fasted & everything, but given the intensity of the workout I think I should eat something prior.
