Can i eat more fats and less carbs as ectomorph ?

Hello, i just want to ask one thing. As ectomorph, can i build normaly muscle with less carbs and more fat ? For last weeks, im eating 0.9-1g of protein per pound of bydyweight, around 1.1 - 1.2g of carbohydrates per pound of bodyweight, and rest of calories are healthy fats. To tell true, im feeling great, i have energy on my workouts, i like to eat "less" food, because fats are more caloric and i just feel great overall. But thing is, everybody says that for ectomorph are carbs the most important for building muscle.

So question - can i build muscle as ectomorph with high-fat diet, or is it somehow bad for ectomorph and better thing will be to eat more carbs ? Thanks
