Hello, I have been looking for more natural and healthy snacks I can eat at work. My goal is to gain weight but nothing sugary or fatty. I am bringing a tortilla with some meat and then a bag of peanuts or cashews as snacks. But what could I bring that is healthy, provide me with lots of calories (and protein too, why not), yummy and not too expensive to buy or hard to prepare? Looking for lots of options to variate. Thanks!
