Weight lifting is causing me insomnia!

Hi guys

Long story short, i went to the gym consistently for about 4-5 years without ever taking a break.

I've always had trouble sleeping.

In the last month, for the firs time ever i took a break from gym.
I decided to go once a week

I noticed i had more energy, felt better, and slept better.

now i'm back at the gym and i can't sleep. I cant seem to calm down and sleep.

It's weird because i lift in the after noon and don't take preworkout but still cant sleep
