Thinking about doing the first proper cut in my life.
I think I got that whole counting macros thing down in theory, but I am a little unshure how to start and looking for tipps how you guys go on about counting your claries without it turning into lots and lots of extra work.
I guess I need a food scale. What kind of models do you guys prefer? Are the ones with inbuild clalculators worth it or do similar products differ too much?
Do you guys preplan your weekly meals and than shop accordingly?
Is it worth to meal prep and save all that stuff in tupperware?
Since the packages are likely not to fit my macros, I would end up with lots of leftovers. Any tricks to avoid this?
Any other tipps to get this done smoothly?
