So i kinda keep stepping on the same point and not moving forward from
that point and i just cant seem to solve it physically or „psychologically“...
Here is the deal. I weigh 157.5 lbs at 5‘9.
I consider myself rather skinny fat eventhough ive built a rather okish muscle foundation i also have a lot of bf for that weight. Ive had to estimate id say anywhere between 18-22%
There fore i wanted to cut first to start a lean bulking phase. However at around 1600cals after a few days i get really tired and fatigued that i have to build in an „emergency refeed“ containing some kind of carbs when i feel really tired.
1600 cals seems to be just to little 🤷🏾♂️
However on the other hand a bulk with that kinda bf would be „reckless“ since there are a lot of disadvantages outweighing...
So i dont know how to escape that circle and get into the normal bulk/cut phase circle...
What would you guys advice??
