Need advice please

Im working out for 4 years now.
The first year was good the other ones i stalled.
I guess its because of my nutrition. Im spent to much time of cutting and bulking, mainly cutting, losing weight and strenght and afterwards getting fat and strong again.
Now i have too much fat again and thinking about to cut again.
What should i do ? on the first hand i find myself too fat on the other hand i want to progress finally, i want to go to the next level.
I have the same strenght stats for 3 years:

Squats 120kg -6 reps 3 sets
Bench 90kg - 6 reps 3 sets
deadlift 150kg - 6 reps 3 sets

i want to achieve finally the 140kg squat aand 170kg deadlift and 110kg bench and getting some muscle too
