Cheat day once a week okay?

Hi Everyone. I just want to give a quick rundown of my exercize routine & daily calorie consumption:

mild cardio 7 days a week:
- 1 hour lesiure walking (cardio) on average most days, off days I tend to do around 20-30 mins

moderate muscle training, 5 days a week, 30 mins:
- 5x12 sets on different arm exercise machines
- 1x12 set on a leg machine that attacks all muscle groups (im not big on building leg muscles)
- 1x12 set of some kind of ab workout

Calories: 1500 a day, 500 from vegies, 1000 from protein/carbs

Today I had a cheat day:
- 3 slices of pizza
- 1/2 calzone
- a few hot chips with cheese sauce
- 3 mini chocolates
- 1 slice of cake
- home made pancakes (I know the calories of this: 500)

I really want to just whip out cravings on one day so I can eat clean during the week.

I want to have a cheat day once a week...

will a cheat day like this cause me to gain weight? I'm currently in the normal weight range (BMI 22) I want to maintain, maybe build muscle and lose fat.

PS. Ignore my age (49) I have no idea how it got to that, but I am 28.
