I'm confused about macro ratios. I've got my TDEE and figured out what ratios I need for gaining. I don't know, however, whether I should stick to the same ratios throughout my program. I remember doing that Get Swole workout plan a while back, and the nutrition guide changed when starting out (phase 1) to midway (phases 2+3) then by the end (keto; phase 4). I don't plan on doing ketosis so I'm focused on the start and the middle. I think the middle part is where I increase my calories even more than the beginning...or is it less? Is it right to adjust my ratios, or should I stay with the one throughout my program?
