Hey EVERYBODY i hope you are all having Amazing Day. I was Wondering do i Still see visible muscle gains if i am Still bulking at 187lbs with 21-22bf and i dont care about health i just want gains and get stronger for my first cut (this is first bulk ever started AS a skinnyfat and First 6 Months of true dedicated lifting) so yeah the question is do i Still see the muscle gains with that much of fat on top of it.
