I finished a cut 1 week ago when I was on 1950-2000 calories a day , and when I finished I jumped right Into estimated maintenance which is 2400 ..
is that ok or should I have done it slower ?
and will jumping from cutting calories straight to maintenance cause water weight gain or water retention ? also is water weight gain and water retention are the same ?
