I train 4 days and I started dance salsa 9 hours a week. I was eating 3200 cal for the last 2 weeks and I felt that I was losing weight and strength considerably. I thought it was a matter of rest from the CNS so I rested for 1 week and when I returned I was still the same so I thought it was a food issue. Since this week I am eating 4000 calories and I feel that I am recovering my strength, my question was if it is a lot of calories and I will start to gain fat?
