Just stuffed myself again and seeing so bad. Been dieting since fall 2017 and I have lost about 18 lbs since. I had a cheat day last Tuesday where I eat a bunch of pizza, ice cream, fries, etc. After that, I told myself I would stop but then it turned into cheat day everyday since where I would eat until my stomach hurts and I had to breathe heavily. Every day I would tell myself I would stop and go back to my diet but whenever I go to lunch or dinner and I see pizza I can not control myself. I am a college student so i eat at the dining hall. I have been having like 8 scoops of ice cream everyday for the past week. Sometimes after my cheat meal I would skip the next meal to try and make up for it. I know that’s really bad because it just made me cheat again. Anyone deal with this before? I really need some advice. Really scared about losing all of my progress. I weighted myself earlier and I am up 3 pounds since last Tuesday.
