Hey guys,
Ive been working out for about 8 months consistently and not seeing much in terms of gains. Ive only gained 2 pounds or so overall but i have lost a bit of fat too.
However, i was never overweight, I am currently only 142 pounds at 5' 7".
Ive been tracking all my calories and carbs, fats, and protiens strictly but only for a week or so now.
Judging by how much I am eating with tracking my guess is I just wasn't easting enough.
Anyway if you've got and hints for me id love it, otherwise my 2 questions are.
Do you eat more on workout days? I work out pretty hard usually for almost 2 hours. So it would make sense i need to eat more other than an extra protein shake but I cant find much info on it.
If so, just like 300-500 more calories or whatever at the same ratios or would you want mostly protein?
