So I've got a Bikini coach and my food list is REALLY restricted. I expected it to be different than what i am used to, but wow. I think it comes from her having gut issues from previous coaches. Basically my carbs are white and sweet potatoes, steel cut oats, quinoa and jasmine rice (but only after training). Apparently brown rice is verboten as is any other form of oatmeal. Have a friend that is using a (different) coach as well and they basically use the IIFYM kind of style in their training and she is getting amazing results.
So is this typical? Just curious as to what you all may think.
