Diet Critique

Hello

Just hoping to get some critique on my current diet. I am about 5'6" and currently weigh about 168lbs at roughly 14-15% bodyfat. I have been cutting on and off for about 18 months and have managed to get from 215lb down to just below 170lb doing crossfit and weight training about 5 days per week. I am currently eating about 2350 calories and macro breakdown is roughly 235g protein (40%), 90g fat (35%) and 145g carbs (25%). I also try to limit grains, breads and sugary carbs to just before a workout or within a few hours post workout. The rest of the day I try to focus my diet around lean proteins (chicken, beef, etc), fruits and veggies, and healthy fats (nuts, avocado, chia seed, etc.)

I have found over the past 18 months that any attempt to drop the protein a little bit and bring up the carbs results in any weight loss dissapearring and my weight goes up. I know this is probably water weight but would be interested in knowing if anyone has any good strategies for increasing carb intake if you are carb sensitive. Also would love to get some feedback if there is anything I can adjust to improve results.
