New Diet not sitting well

Recently started a new 12 week workout and diet,
I never realized i was not eating nearly enough food before.
I am 4 days into the diet plan and I have to say, My guts are not handling it well.
I'm concerned this will go on for the 12 weeks and hoping i will adjust to it and things will settle down.
Otherwise...
Is it wise to take say fiber pills or will that move things along to quickly to where i am not absorbing
the food properly and then therefor wasting the nutrients?
