Currently sitting at 193, 6'1 and 23 years old. I'm just getting back into cutting eating around 2100 calories a day working out intensely 6 days a week, I'm starting a new job as a electrical apprentice tomorrow leaving me completely baffled as to what I should do with my caloric intake, whether I should up it and if so by how much? I know its not a extremely laborious job but I will be on my feet 8 hours a day with tools which is alot more then I have in school these past couple months
