I am 22 years old and weigh 240lbs. I am an endomorph and have a decent amount of muscle. However, its covered up with unwanted fat. My goal is to get around 190-200lbs and keep the muscle I have an of course add to it. Im eating around 200g protein, 50g carbs and 80g fats a day. I take a fiber supplement, fish oil and BCAA throughout the day at their recommended dose and intervals. I weight train every day at a very good level and also incorporate 20-40 mins of cardio (usually a bike) into my end of workout regimen. Im wanting to know if this is a good starting routine from a diet and exercise standpoint to achieve my goals I stated. If anybody has or has not been in the same boat or if anybody would like to give any opinion or changes I would greatly appreciate it. Hopefully what im currently doing isint far off from what I should be doing. Private messages with guidance would be great.
