Hello, im fairly new to this, i have a question about the Cliff builder's bar.
Since i've been reading about these bars i see a good amount of good reviews on them.
Today i just bought one but noticed 22 grs of sugar, aint that kinda high?
I was thinking on having that as a sanck before hitting the gym, i previously had Quest bars with great success but price was killing me.
