Hey, I'm looking for some advice and input on my current diet.
25
5'9
211lbs
I'm trying to cut for the next serval months until I reach my goals and lose 20-25lbs
Training 5-6x a week Heavy lifting 30-45 mins of stairs after each lift.
currently eating 2080cals/ day 40% P 40C 20% F around 200P 200C 46F
Eat very clean, lean beef chicken, and some fish. All carbs come from oats, sweet potatoes, and Brown basmati rice, and some simple carbs post workout in my shake.
Been hitting my macros perfect for the past 35 days and haven't lost much weight. I am taking creatine so i assume I have added some water weight. My overall appearance is improving but I get dicouraged because the scale isnt dropping.
Am I eating to much or to little? My TDEE is around 2800-2900 so I'm in a pretty large deficit with the added cardio 6 days a week.
Should I drop my carbs? I'm eating around 200 a day.
Or is this all in my head? I just thought I would have lost at least 4-6 lbs in the past month but the scale hasn't moved. Muscle tone is going way up and is much more noticable.
Any input would be much appreciated.
