I am 15 years old living in the UK, I am 5 foot 9 inches and I weigh 60Kg. I have been told I should increase my protein/food intake but I hate the taste of protein powder so I am struggling. I would appreciate any help I can get. I am a very competitive/elite basketball player (I play with England and train roughly 10 hours a week playing basketball).

my dad is 6 foot tall and my mum is 5'10
I usually get 8 hours sleep
I eat all my meals but still feel hungry
I can be quite fussy at times but I am always open to new things
I usually consume about 50g of protein a day which I know I should increase but need help with
