Hey, so im 19 years old, 6,1 and around 154 pounds. I have been training consistently for about 4 months now. Since im still a beginner im not so wise when it comes to nutrition. I dont have that much fat, but i got a couple pounds I could loose. I have been tracking my calories for a while, but i cant seem to decide if i should try bulking or if i should do a body recomp. Any advice is appreciated.
