I know eating fats slow down protein digestion and you should not eat it before your workout, but I have to train in the morning and I just cant stand carbs in the first meal because I feel so sluggish and sleepy aftewards. I also know that working out without carbs makes you go to catabolic state easier. I usually prefer having eggs + salad / cottage cheese in the morning.
